Hosting a worldwide .com web in Canada. Is it the same as in the US?

I found an affordable hosting service in Canada -dedicated server ; I am planning to host my web site with them. My web site is for all countries - English speaking countries. My concern, now, is will this affect my web site SEO and make it like Canadian web site. Thanks
