How do you merge a forum with a web host?

Yeah so anyways, I started this webhost not to long ago, and created a new forum on another website. Is there anyway to merge the forum into the webhost? I saw some guy's profile, and he did it. Anyways you can check out my website if you want: www.freewebs.com/dedicate/

1. Backup the forum database. Install and configure the forum software (same version) on the new host. Replace the new host database with the backup. Test. Redirect your domain name (if you are using one) to point to the new host.
