Web host for a small business?

What's a good reliable web host for a new small business? I'm not expecting more than 1,000 visitors a day. I do need ecommerce, a shopping cart and a checkout.

4. If you are serious about websites either for personal or your business, don't go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work.
