  8. Best is very subjective. Some hosting can be better that the others. Some sites promise with scripts that you have mention, but most actually provide free open source script. By the way, these script are free doesn't mean it is not good. Some are far better than those that need money. You will need to install the scripts yourself. Just ensure that your hosting come with php (as most free script is using php). Chose Linux plan instead of Windows ones. Beware of hosting that provide custom software. You have to make sure that you can migrate your site if you wish to change hosting provider. Most of the time "best" is respective to the money you paid. You want good support, then the hosting company need to engage good support personnel. That cost money.   12. Hmmm....................That is one of the hardest questions. I have been with a few companys like godaddy and fasthost and I have not been impressed. I then started looking about and found this site: http://www.korupthosting.com - It is a small company with reasonable prices, always good when you want some help instead of being redirected to a FAQ page you can talk to a real person.
