I want to start my own web hosting business where I can sell web spaces and domains, what should I do?

1. You should do ALOT more research into this super saturated market segment. You will NEVER be able to compete with the major players.....
2. It takes a lot of work, but web hosting companies are very lucrative. The easiest way is through hostgator.com. They offer reseller hosting packages with everything you need.
3. You need a bunch of servers (really expenseive computers that run a server OS) and a T3 internet connection Then you need somebody to manage the servers and somebody to write code for your homepage/order form/control panel/etc It costs a LOT of money!!!!!
4. I suggest you setup a website and start with reseller program or affiliate program with hosting company.
