1. I have tried a2hosting. They've been good till now. They also support ruby on rails which is very important if u want to put up a service in very short time. I found the customer service very good too. they are very quick ti respond too. Gud luck.

3. I use Web Hosting Oasis. I have a little business and for about 3 years now I have used them and actually they are great. I have called in the middle of the night, weekends, and once on Christmas and got service live each time. I can honestly say they have good prices and lots of extra features.
